The Parish Council supports the Play Streets Campaign, and will consider applications for financial help with costs from residents who want to organise play streets in Witchford.

What are Play Streets?

Temporary play streets (or playing out sessions) are short road closures, usually organised by neighbours on their own street, creating a safe space for children to play out together on their own doorstep.

Lots in information and case studies can be found on the Playing Out website

Information about applying for a road closure can be found on the County Council Organising a Playing Out Event page
